“We will soon publish a booklet on the bungling and scams that took place during the tenure of Dikshit. These include urban infrastructure development scam, power scam, water supply bungling and unauthorised colony scam,” he said.

On Monday, Dikshit had alleged that NGO Sampurna, run by Gupta’s wife Shobha Vijender was involved in various irregularities.

Dikshit said that the NGO had managed to receive huge sums of money from MCD as well as social welfare department of Delhi government but nobody knew how it had been spent.
