The meetings between home (interior in Pakistan), commerce and sports ministers of the two countries are on the cards and is being seen as "natural progression" from the secretary-level talks as both sides look at "normalisation of the ties."

A host of confidence building measures will be announced after the meeting. External affairs minister SM Krishna will host his Pakistan counterpart, Hina Rabbani Khar, for discussions in New Delhi on July 27.

The foreign secretaries of the two countries will meet on July 26 to lay the ground for the meetings of the ministers.
