"He (Kejriwal) keeps on giving challenges. Let him first answer the questions raised by senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh. We will see the rest later," Dikshit said referring to the 27 questions sent by Singh to Kejriwal in which the Congress leader had expressed doubts over his foreign funding.

Congress also sought to counter Kejriwal's attack on the issue of transfer of Haryana's senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka, who had probed Robert Vadra's land deals, by comparing his frequent transfers with the stationing of the activist and his officer-wife in Delhi for a long time.

"Kejriwal had said about the transfer of Ashok Khemka, that he is repeatedly transferred because he is an honest officer. So, what should we say about the officers who are not transferred at all," Dikshit said taking a dig at Kejriwal while referring to his and his wife's continous posting in the
national capital.

He said Delhi is considered a "good posting" and there must be some reason why she is not transferred from here and Kejriwal was not transferred till he was in Indian Revenue Service. Kejriwal's wife is also in IRS.

On Saturday, Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh had accused Kejriwal of violating the provisions of All India Service Rules.

"Is it a fact that in your entire service of 20 years in Indian Revenue Service, you never served outside Delhi even though the norms of the service are that all IRS officers serve a posting only for three years in a place? Is it a fact that your wife, who is also an IRS officer, has never served
outside Delhi?" he had asked.

Dikshit, however, parried a question on whether it was the fault of Kejriwal or that of the central government not to transfer any IRS officer from one place to another for such a long time.
