Party secretary general Abdul Khaliq while releasing the manifesto told reporters that LJP will also support formation of smaller states like Telengana, Vidarbha, Vikas Pradesh (western UP) and Bundelkhand.

The party also promised reservation for the economically disadvantaged in government service and a quota for women in legislative bodies.

LJP said it would amend the Constitution to enable 15 per cent reservation for minorities, including 10 per cent for Muslims.

The party said it would offer "leakage proof reservations for SCs and STs, SC status for Dalit Muslims and Dalit Christians and land for landless poor belonging to SC and ST communities."

LJP would also give reservations in supplies, dealerships and private sector, extension of reservations in judicial services, revamping of development plan for SCs and STs to ensure proportionate allocation of resources to fast track their all-round development, it said.

The party also promised modernisation of armed forces, expeditious consideration of 'one rank one pension' for them, containment of terrorism and national security guided foreign policy.
