MMTC invites bids for importing 15,000 tonnes of pulses

The bids, invited for the import of 6,000 tonnes each of black mapte and pigeon peas and 3,000 tonnes of desi chick peas, will close on May 14, the tender notice said.

The tender specified that the pulses should be sourced from Myanmar and Australia, and bidders must quote for a minimum quantity of 2,000 tonnes.

The consignments should be delivered to the Mumbai, Chennai, Vizag and Kakinada ports, it added.
