Lagdapati Rajagopal, a Congress member from Vijaywada, staged a protest sit-in inside the house immediately after it was adjourned at around 12.05pm due to pandemonium due to which he was unable to raise the matter. Parliamentary affairs minister Pawan Kumar Bansal had to step in to persuade Rajagopal to vacate the house.
After much persuasion and giving a tough time to authorities, he finally left the house at 6pm.
