Two youth were detained in the national capital on Sunday as their car inadvertently intruded into the convoy of Priyanka Gandhi.

Jayant and Alok, residents of Saket in south Delhi, unknowingly intruded into the convoy of Priyanka Gandhi and her husband Robert Vadra near AIIMS at around 12:30 am, Joint Commissioner of Police (New Delhi) Ajay Kashyap told PTI.
"It was not a security breach as the youth unintentionally intruded into the convoy. They were never near the vehicle in which Priyanka was travelling," Kashyap said.
The incident took place due to "some kind of traffic mismanagement," he said.
The security personnel became suspicious and immediately took the youth into custody. They were taken to Tughlak Road police station and were questioned.
The official said they were released after their identities were ascertained and investigations revealed that they were not intruding into Gandhi's convoy.
"No case has been registered and that the duo were let off as we did not find anything suspicious about them," the official added.
