PSEB Class 8th Result 2023:98.01% of candidates passed the Punjab Board Class 8th exam this year.
The Punjab School Education Board announced the PSEB class 8th examination, today April 28. Candidates who took the examination can check the results on the official website at pseb.ac.in on April 29. Follow PSEB class 8th live updates.

Punjab Board conducted Class 8 exams from February 25 to March 22, 2023. This year's overall pass percentage is 98.01%. A total of 2,98,127 candidates appeared for the examination of which 2,92,206 candidates passed the exam. Girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 98.68%, just like the previous year. Boys scored 97.41%.
Last year, over 3,07,942 candidates registered for the examination, out of which 3,02,558 passed it. The overall pass percentage was 98.25 percent in 2022. Girls outshined boys past year with a pass percentage of 98.70 percent, whereas the pass percentage of boys was 97.86 percent.
In 2022, Pathankot had the highest percentage in the state (99.56%), followed by Kapurthala (99.16%) and Hoshiarpur (90.02%). The Sangrur district came in last with 96.76 percent.
