Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has issued the detailed notification for Rajasthan Administrative Service Examination (RAS) 2023. It can be checked on rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.

The registration process will begin on July 1 and end on July 31.

RPSC will conduct RAS 2023 to fill a total of 905 vacancies. However, this number is tentative and may increase or decrease later.

Educational qualification/Eligibility: A degree from a recognised university or its equivalent qualification. Candidates who are appearing for their final exam this year or have appeared and results are awaited can also apply, provided they get their degrees before the RAS Mains exam.

Age limit: The lower age limit for RAS 2023 is 21 years and the upper age limit is 40 years as on January 1, 2024. Relaxation in the upper age limit has been given to reserved category candidates.

The Preliminary examination will be held for 200 marks which will have questions on general knowledge and general science. The duration of the Prelims exam is 3 hours. Candidates who qualify in the Prelims exam will be called for Mains exam and Interview.
