Pearl School of Business in strategic partnership with Nottingham Trent University, UK has announced admission to MBA (Executive) Programme, India’s first international degree programme with dedicated focus on entrepreneurship, internationalisation and innovation and technological excellence. Last date for receipt of application to the programme is August 15, 2009.

MBA (Executive) programme, is a three-semester programme, with 15 months course work and followed by a three months action research/project. For the convenience of the working executives, the programme is conducted on three week ends of every month.

The PSB MBA (Executive) offers the art and craft of global business leadership to professional managers, administrators, owners and entrepreneurs, who wish to advance their careers by updating their knowledge and aspire to grow in and lead their existing organisations or join and lead more exciting, challenging and high-performing domestic and multinational organisations or start their own innovative enterprises. The MBA (executive) programme is oriented to the practical needs of global industry and start-up enterprises.

For admission to MBA(executive) programme, a candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution and must have a minimum of five years of work experience at the executive level.

Approval for MBBS degree
The newly-opened Sharda University’s School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida, has received Medical Council of India (MCI) clearance to start its MBBS programme. The university already imparts education in dentistry.

The school offers courses in medical, paramedical and allied branches as well as ultra modern super-speciality medical care to patients. The university has provided for a 500-bed super-speciality Sharda Hospital – to be raised to full capacity of 1200 beds – on campus.
