B grabbed the third spot with 28,255 votes. The top three parties got 39.2%, 32.6% and 20.5% respectively.
In Karnataka Assembly election 2013, Indian National Congress's P.T.Parameshwaranaik defeated Bharatiya Janata Party's B.Chandranaik by 40,810 votes.
