Singer Asha Bhosle reminisces her run-ins with the stars of the bygone era while travelling through Hong Kong during her tour of the city
Singer Asha Bhosle is travelling through Hong Kong and during her tour of the city, she reminisces her run-ins with the stars of the bygone era.
“I’m in vibrant Hong Kong. Remember having a meal here with actor William Holden in 1966. He was very curious about India. I told Holden how much I liked him in Sunset Boulevard. His other films that I like — Sabrina and Bridge On The River Kwai,” posted Bhosle on Twitter.
In another post, she mentions actor Bruce Lee. “Kishoreda (Kishore Kumar) and I were recording in Mumbai when another son of Hong Kong, Bruce Lee turned up at our recording,” Bhosle recounts, adding, “Bruce Lee was very quiet. He came to see our recording with actor James Coburn. We spoke a little about his city, Hong Kong.”
