Kareena Kapoor drops pregnancy truth-bombs: 'Shopped excessively, peed a little while sneezing'

Kareena Kapoor has revealed 'most of the things' she went through during both her pregnancies, including receiving uninvited belly rubs, worrying about stretch marks, and shopping excessively.

Kareena Kapoor Khan in the run-up to the release of her debut book -- a self-help guide for pregnant women -- shared quirky details about what she experienced during her two pregnancies. Kareena and her husband, Saif Ali Khan, have two sons -- four-year-old Taimur Ali Khan, and the toddler Jeh.

"My next story pretty much sums up most of the things I went through during both my pregnancies," Kareena Kapoor wrote in an Instagram Story on Wednesday, and proceeded to engage her fans and followers in a game of 'Bebo's pregnancy bingo'. Kareena listed down experiences she'd had during her pregnancies, and encouraged others to play along by checking incidents that had happened to them, too.

In the list of her revelations, Kareena mentioned that she'd received 'unsolicited parenting advice' and was 'worried about the stretch marks'. She also said that she 'shopped excessively for baby products' and 'couldn't stay away from pizza'.

Other experiences that she listed were, 'peed a lil while sneezing', 'dreamt about the baby', 'laughing turned into weeping for no reason', and 'picked a name for your baby before the delivery'.

Incidentally, the name of Kareena's second son was revealed months after his birth. Kareena and Saif made the conscious decision to keep Jeh away from the media spotlight, after having gone through intense scrutiny following the birth of Taimur.

Announcing Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible earlier this month, the actor had written, "This has been quite the journey… both my pregnancies and writing my Pregnancy Bible. There were good days and bad days; some days I was raring to go to work and others where I struggled to get out of bed. This book is a very personal account of what I experienced both physically and emotionally through both my pregnancies. In many ways, this book is like my third child… from conception to its birth today."
