In fact, Bips seems to be taking it as seriously as her films. The actress, who will next be seen in the Sanjay Dutt-starrer Lamhaa, said, “Fitness and health are becoming really big in India.

Everybody wants to be fit. I’m glad I came out with my health video at this time.” Apart from the video, Basu also wants to make inroads into all things fitness.

And, to do so, she has also launched her own line of fitness clothing named BBloveyourself, along with a sporting brand.
