Ankit Swami, Khali’s manager said, “This is shocking. On Sunday morning, the person put some allegations from hospital, then in the evening he said his injuries had not been caused by Khali, but by the crowd. There was too much crowd at the airport. Someone might have been hurt by mistake while we were trying to get out.”
While the alleged victim could not be contacted, DCP IGI Airport Authority OP Mishra told HT City, “There’s no official complaint till now. But we spoke to the victim after the matter came to our notice. Khali was stuck in a crowd, and this person might have been hurt while trying to disperse the people. Nothing serious.”
