Kim Kardashian scored a major victory in her divorce case with estranged husband Kris Humphries on Monday. The 32-year-old actress's lawyer Laura Wasser objected to the basketball ace's demand to see various emails that the reality star sent on some closed accounts, TMZ.com reported.

The 32-year-old actress's lawyer Laura Wasser objected to the basketball ace's demand to see various emails that the reality star sent on some closed accounts, TMZ.com reported.
The hearing was supposed to be held on May 2, but the 28-year-old sportsperson's lawyer asked the judge to hear it on Monday, the judge said no.
