A picture of the late singer’s lifeless, naked body splayed on a gurney was shown to jurors in Los Angeles on Monday.

The image had been taken hours after Michael died and is evidence in the negligence case brought by his mother Katherine and children against the concert promoter AEG.

The doctor who signed the King of Pop’s autopsy report said that he was in good health before his untimely death at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, the New York Daily News reported.

Michael Koskoff, a lawyer for Katherine, asked Dr. Christopher Rogers, a deputy medical examiner for Los Angeles County if a fit, competent doctor would administer propofol for insomnia.

To which Rogers replied that he would not expect that.

Rogers said that Michael’s post-mortem examination revealed no cardiac disease or Lupus, the autoimmune disease that some, including the Thriller singer’s dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein, attributed to him.

Rogers also turned down suggestions that Michael administered the lethal dose of propofol himself, saying that based on the history, he didn’t believe that happened.
