The poll, conducted by the channel E!, saw the Twilight heartthrob’s popularity surpass that of Duchess Kate, Britney Spears, and even his co-star and girlfriend Kristen Stewart.

This is the second time London-born star has scooped the title, the Daily Star reported. Pattinson was ranked as one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood based on his 2009 earnings, and in 2010 was named among Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World.
