A day after his team, Mumbai City FC, decimated Kerala Blasters FC 5-0 at the Mumbai Football Arena, Sunil Chhetri unwinded by exploring the city on his day off. The India football captain visited the famous Stadium restaurant in Churchgate before travelling in a local train on Sunday.

“Had the ultimate Bombay meal — bun maska and Irani chai at Stadium in Churchgate. Feel a lot more part of the city now!” Chhetri tweeted with a picture.

He later posted a picture of him in an empty local train with a tweet tagging his Bengaluru FC teammate Darren Caldeira, who is also a Mumbai resident. It read: “On afterthought Bombay would have been incomplete without hopping on to a local. @darrencaldeira, took the advice and chose a Sunday.”
