The 40-year-old actor appeared at a late-night talk show, where he and host Conan O’Brien showed the audience a clip from The Notebook 2, a spoof of the lengthy kiss in the rain from the original film, reports E! Online.
The Notebook is a 2004 American romantic drama film directed by Nick Cassavetes and based on the 1996 novel of the same name by Nicholas Sparks.
The pair re-enacted the final scene where the characters meet after seven long years and realize that they still feel for each other.
Conan wears a polka-dotted blue dress and pearl necklace like the ones McAdams wore in the movie and Reynolds has Gosling’s beard.
The Deadpool star recently welcomed a baby with wife Blake Lively.
