On the final day of campaigning for the November 25 Rajasthan assembly polls, Union home minister and BJP leader Amit Shah holds a roadshow in Chittorgarh.

On the last day of campaigning in the poll-bound Rajasthan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi alleged that the Congress government has committed unprecedented "atrocities" against women during their last five years of rule.

"The way our daughters, sisters and mothers have lifted the flag of the BJP is worth appreciation. I have seen this in the entire state. The women in Rajasthan are not ready to tolerate Congress, even for a moment. Rajasthan has not seen any government that has done more atrocities on women than the present government."

Union home minister Amit Shah accused the Congress government in Rajasthan of appeasement politics, saying Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot failed to take any concrete action against the rioters.

“Appeasement politics crossed all limits during Gehlot's government. In the last 5 years, planned riots have taken place in Chhabra, Bhilwara, Karauli, Jodhpur, Chittorgarh, Nohar, Mewat, Malpura, and Jaipur. Due to vote bank politics, the Gehlot government did not take any concrete action against the rioters. Bulldozer was used on Ram Darbar in Salasar. In Alwar, a Shivalinga was broken with a drilling machine. A bulldozer rammed the cow shed in Kathumar; you can see many such cases of appeasement in Rajasthan in the last five years,” Shah said.

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge asserted that there was an “atmosphere in favour of the Congress party” in the entire state ahead of the assembly elections in Rajasthan.

“BJP is scared of our social justice, economic empowerment and savings and relief schemes. Prime Minister Modi ji and Home Minister Amit Shah are busy in hollow, absurd, and divisive talks, they are not liking the 7 guarantees of the Congress Party. This time the public will not fall for their lies, deception and hateful words.”

“When Raman Singh's (former CM & BJP leader) popularity was at its peak, he did not surpass 52 seats. Now, how can they expect to win 55 seats? He is saying all this to boost the morale of his workers. When the results come, everyone will know whether they are crossing 15 seats or not,” Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel said.

“Lal Diary has become the symbol of Congress's corruption...It never happened in Indian history that ₹2.35 crore cash and 1 kg of gold got caught in the ministry's cupboard but there was no reaction from CM Ashok Gehlot. I have never seen anybody reacting too casually to corruption,” Shah said.

"After touring across Rajasthan, I can say this with confidence that BJP will form the next government in the state. The people across Rajasthan are in a mood of change. They have decided to give a farewell to the Congress government which has failed on all fronts," said Union home minister Amit Shah during a press conference in Jaipur.

The Congress party has lauded its Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme in Rajasthan, calling it a national model. Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh praised the scheme, emphasizing its comprehensive coverage, including treatments like kidney and liver transplants, cancer, and heart disease, all provided at no cost.

“Chiranjeevi Yojana is proving to be a boon for the people of Rajasthan. When one falls ill, it is very difficult to get treatment. Even the middle class people get into debt due to illness. But the people of Rajasthan need not worry. The armour of the revolutionary Chiranjeevi Yojana is with them," Ramesh said.

"Chiranjeevi Yojana is a model for the entire country, under which everything, from kidney and liver transplant to cancer and heart disease treatment, was being provided free of cost. Operation, dialysis, implants are all free,” he said.

Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot has voiced his concerns over what he perceives as a series of conspiracies unfolding in the political arena. Addressing the media, Gehlot expressed his dismay, particularly focusing on the recent controversy surrounding the Mahadev App and alleged plots to arrest Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel.

"The way these people do conspiracies, recently the matter of Mahadev App came forward, and they had conspired to arrest Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel... I feel sad... they are making the PM talk about Mahadev App and Lal diary, after planning about it," Gehlot asserted.

"There is no proper investigation, nothing solid, and the PM is speaking about it... They had a conspiracy to arrest him (Bhupesh Baghel)," Gehlot added.

Campaigning for the Assembly elections in Rajasthan will end at 6pm today.
