Prime Minister Narendra Modi is like a student struggling with complex issues and he has failed in solving major issues, said Congress president Rahul Gandhi in his report card of the government which is celebrating its fourth anniversary on Saturday.

Gandhi, in a Twitter post, gave the BJP-led government ‘F’ in four parameters: agriculture, foreign policy, fuel prices and job creation.

He also added a personality analysis of Modi, calling him a “master communicator” with a short attention span.

The Modi government began its fifth and last year of governance on Saturday before India votes for a new government in next year’s general election.

Apart from criticising the government, Gandhi also took a dig at the PM for his speeches, and affinity for yoga.

Earlier in the day, in a series of tweets, Modi said “development had become a vibrant mass movement” with 125 crore Indians “taking India to great heights”.

“I bow to my fellow citizens for their unwavering faith in our government. This support and affection is the biggest source of motivation and strength for the entire government,” he added.

He also appreciated his government for taking people-friendly decisions and said, “For us, it is always India First.”

“With the best intent and complete integrity, we have taken futuristic and people-friendly decisions that are laying the foundations of a New India,” he added.
