Rajiv Khandelwal is Bhansali's Chenab Gandhi
Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who was struggling to get a lead actor for Chenab Gandhi has finally signed Rajeev Khandelwal.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who was struggling to get a lead actor for Chenab Gandhi, has finally got his man. First, Hurman was dropped out of the movie because of his low market value. After that John Abraham was considered for the movie, but things didn't work out.
Rajeev's fitted the bill due to his fresh looks and acting abilities.
The movie is expected to go on floors in August and is would be directed by Bhansali's assistant Vibhu Puri.
Chenab Gandhi is inspired by the story of Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan, India's freedom fighter who was known as Frontier Gandhi. The movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Vidya Balan.
