Two coaches of Bangalore-Chennai mail derail; no casualties

Two coaches of the city-bound Bangalore-Chennai Mail derailed in Chennai on Wednesday, but there were no casualties.

The incident occurred at Basin Bridge near Central railway station on Wednesday morning, a southern railway official said.

There were no casualties. Some trains were delayed as a result but operations were restored later, they added.
