The fascinating image has already created much stir among people on Twitter. Since being posted on April 23, the tweet has gained over 65,000 ‘likes’ and more than 3,000 comments. The image seems to have left many confused and people haven’t held back while expressing their reactions. Here are some of the comments:

A Reddit user has claimed: “This picture is designed to give the viewer the simulated experience of having a stroke (particularly in the occipital lobe of the cerebral cortex, where visual perception occurs.) Everything looks hauntingly familiar but you just can’t quite recognize anything.”

It seems that the image is doing its round on the internet for quite some time.
