If you haven’t seen the final episode yet, then you might want to steer clear of what lies ahead. In the last episode, Jon kills Daenerys to stop her from becoming a tyrant. Her army captures Jon and demands his execution but the Stark siblings want him to go free. With Daenerys murdered and Jon being the killer, a crisis emerges about the ruler of the seven kingdoms. Finally, Tyrion Lannister persuades everyone to name Bran as the new king. He decides to exile Jon back to the Night’s Watch, and this is where he reunites with Ghost.

In the season’s previous episode, social media users showed outrage when Jon Snow unceremoniously said goodbye to Ghost. It showed Jon saying goodbye to Tormund and Sam but walking past a whimpering Ghost even without petting him. So, fans were thrilled when the two met again, and Jon petted his beloved direwolf. After all, it’s exactly the lovable moment that fans wanted to see.

Did Jon and Ghost’s reunion make you emotional too?
