While the event was a star-studded affair, all eyes were on Kiara Advani, marking one of her most high-profile public appearances since becoming a mother. The couple, who welcomed first child — a baby girl named Saraayah — in July 2025, radiated a 'new parent glow' that fans couldn't stop talking about.

Kiara Advani's pretty in pink saree look

Kiara chose a breathtaking saree from House of Masaba, priced at 130,000. Her look was a sophisticated blend of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary flair. Crafted from fluid silk crepe, the saree featured delicate gold buta work scattered across the baby pink body.

The saree's crown jewel was the pallu, featuring striking pink and green organza patchwork adorned with heavy golden motifs. She paired it with a heavily sequinned, gold-embroidered bustier blouse with delicate spaghetti straps, showcasing a bold yet elegant style.

Kiara Advani's 18.5 lakh statement necklace

While the saree was ethereal, Kiara’s jewellery was the definition of luxury. She wore a beautiful neckpiece, also by Masaba, retailing for a staggering 1,850,000, as per fashion watchdog Bollywood Women Closet's April 3 Instagram post. The necklace is crafted in 18 carat gold with an antique finish, and is encrusted with full-cut diamonds, fresh water pearls, and rare Baroque pearls. Kiara completed the look with a classic tan Hermes Kelly mini bag.

Kiara's latest outing isn't just a fashion win; it’s a significant moment for the actor as seeing her back in the limelight months after the birth of her daughter signals her transition into 'working mom' mode. Giving her company, Sidharth Malhotra looked dapper in a white kurta-pyjama with an abstract-print vest.

NMACC's star-studded anniversary celebration

The NMACC's third anniversary celebration on April 3, 2026, was a glittering ensemble of India’s most influential figures, spanning Bollywood, sports, and business. While Kiara and Sidharth’s post-baby appearance stole headlines, the red carpet was packed with A-listers. As the hosts of the evening, the Ambani family led the arrivals.

The film industry turned out in full force. Fresh off the massive success of his film Dhurandhar: The Revenge, Ranveer Singh opted for a sharp black bandhgala suit and tinted sunglasses. Salman Khan made a rare gala appearance, looking dapper in a beige suit paired with a light blue shirt. Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput coordinated their looks in dark tones; Shahid wore an all-black suit, while Mira chose a shimmery Indo-Western outfit.
