For Thursday, Hina put on her athleisure and performed kickboxing in its learning phase. Hina is taking it slow – one day at a time and slowly getting there. Multiple snippets of her practice session made their way on her Instagram stories and they are setting major fitness goals for us.

Hina Khan is new to kickboxing. The actor, who is an advocate of self-love and all things positive, from being skin positive to being body positive, is learning a new fitness routine. On Thursday, Hina kicked off her midweek blues in style – we are smitten, as well as taking notes of how to be this focused and hardworking for our fitness routine.

In the video, Hina, in her sports gear, can be seen practising kickboxing under the supervision of her fitness trainer. Hina, dressed in a black sports bra, a translucent black top and a pair of black gym trousers, can be seen practicing her punches on a boxing pillow held by her fitness trainer. "Reality," she wrote. In another snippet, Hina can be seen kicking vigorously on a boxing pillow and working on the muscles of her lower body. "Learning one day at a time," she wrote in the video.
