Shilpa Shetty is a fitness inspo for all of us. The actor, who is a fitness enthusiast in real life, is known for her fitness snippets on her Instagram profile. The actor swears by high intensity workout routines and yoga. Shilpa keeps sharing snippets from her workout diaries on her Instagram profile on a regular basis to keep her Instagram family motivated and informed on the benefits of several routines. Shilpa, a few months back, injured her leg on the sets and was not able to walk properly. However, that did not stop her from pursuing her everyday fitness routine. The actor shared inspo for all of her fans in the form of regular videos where she can be seen working out like a pro, while being careful of her injured leg. Now that she is back after recovering from the injury, she is back to the grind to share new fitness inspo with us.

Shilpa, a day back, shared a short video of herself rowing in the gym. The actor started the week on a fitness high and gave us all the motivation we need to push ourselves out of the bed and to the gym. In the video, shared by Shilpa, she can be seen perched up on a gym equipment and pulling the rowing machine to perform a full body workout routine. With the video, Shilpa also wrote about the benefits of the routine. The actor noted down the muscles that are worked out with this routine – they are quadriceps, calves, glutes, chest, back, arms and abs. Take a look at her workout video here:
"Some days are slow, but you have to keep rowing! It actually is a full-body workout. You use your lower body muscles to propel your body back and your upper body muscles to row. The best part is all the major muscles worked in every stroke,” read an excerpt of Shilpa's post. Shilpa further added that the workout routine helps in toning the muscles, and helps in losing weight as well. "Rowing not only builds power, but also strengthens and tones your muscles. We It is an excellent cardiovascular exercise that helps in fat loss. Being low impact, it does not put any added stress on the joints,” she added.
