MUMBAI: The Amboli police on Sunday arrested one of the three directors of a private firm who allegedly duped 22 people of several lakh of rupees by promising them jobs overseas in different fields. The accused has been identified as Hardik Patel, a resident of Andheri (West). He is one of the directors of the firm, All Mighty Migration, which was run from Laxmi Industrial Estate in Andheri (West) since 2005. His aides, Himanshu Patel and Kandeel Shah were directors too.The firm closed down this year and soon after, an FIR was registered by the victim.

“The complainant is a civil engineer and was duped of Rs 2 lakh after being promised a job in civil engineering in Denmark,” said assistant police inspector Vaishali Chavan.
