"Advaniji would be the star campaigner of BJP and other national leaders Rajnath Singh, Sushma Swaraj, M Venkaiah Naidu and Arun Jaitley would also campaign," a BJP source said.

After BJP lost the Lok Sabha elections this year, questions were raised about Modi's campaigns, blaming him for consolidating the Muslim votes in favour of Congress.

However, BJP has kept away controversial MP Varun Gandhi from Maharashtra campaign fearing the Muslim consolidation in favour of rival Congress-NCP alliance.

The Chief Ministers of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Karnataka, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Raman Singh and Y S Yeddiyurappa would also be coming for the campaign, the source said.

Celebrities like Shatrughan Sinha, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Hema Malini, Kirti Azad and Smriti Irani would address rallies in the state, the source said.
