Malegaon blast: Sadhvi to move court

The brother-in-law of 2008 Malegaon blast accused Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur will move an application before the special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court alleging that she and another inmate were assaulted by some inmates of African origin.

The application, filed by Bhagwan Jha, has urged the special court to launch an inquiry and grant Thakur and fellow inmate Rita Jaiswal protection and transfer to a different prison. htc
