His worst card of the week left Jeev's overall total at three-over 283.
The Indian opened steadily and parred the first two holes before going one-under with a third-hole birdie. But he was undone by a bogey on the sixth followed by a double bogey on the seventh.
A birdie on the ninth arrested the slide as Jeev made the turn one-over.
However, things didn't improve much on the back-nine as Jeev dropped strokes on the 12th and 17th. The birdie sandwiched in between on the 14th was not enough to break par.
Columbian Camilo Villegas clinched the title by five strokes after a two-under 68 in the final round left him 13-under overall.
American Anthony Kim finished second after turning in a 67 in the final round.
