State Congress president Choudhary Mehboob Ali Kaiser has revoked his order suspending five party leaders for alleged anti-party activities.

"Kaiser has revoked suspension of the five party men a couple of days ago", state party headquarters in-charge Mitilal Sharma told PTI.
The leaders whose suspension from the primary membership of the party was revoked are: Shashi Kant Tiwari (Kaimur), RN Choudhary (Vaishali), Abdul Fatah (Siwan), BN Sharma (Gopalganj) and Shakeel Alam (Patna).
The five had earlier written to the state party chief requesting him to reconsider his decision on the basis of the explanations furnished by them.
They had pleaded that they had never flouted the party directives and not acted against official nominees of the party in their respective areas during the October-November 2010 assembly polls, Sharma said.
Duly considering their requests, Kaiser had appointed a probe panel to go into the allagations of anti-party activities against them, he said, adding the probe team too recommended withdrawal of their suspension.
