Chandrayaan-3 consists of an indigenous propulsion module, lander module, and a rover. It also carries a Spectro-polarimetry of Habitable Planetary Earth (SHAPE) payload to study the spectral and polarimetric measurements of earth from the lunar orbit. (Isro)

Chandrayaan-3 has more fuel-carrying capacity than the earlier mission and the landing legs have been strengthened. Embedded with more sensors, it has bigger solar panels to produce more energy.  (Isro)
