Shivam Dube blazed 51 off 23 balls as Chennai Super Kings thrashed Gujarat Titans by 63 runs at the Chepauk Stadium in a match that was a repeat of the 2023 final. CSK smashed 206/6 and GT in reply were restricted to a score of 143/8. (CSK-X)

Rachin Ravindra got CSK off to a flier after Shubman Gill won the toss and said that GT would be bowling first. Ravindra made the most of the powerplay but missed out on a half-century though, falling to Rashid Khan off the second ball of the last over of the powerplay on 46 off 20. (PTI)

Shivam Dube did what he did best after that, pummeling the bowlers to all parts of the park and taking CSK's cross past the 200-run mark. Dube fell on 51 off 23 to Rashid Khan. (PTI)
