Actor Ayesha Takia and Kingfisher scion Sidhartha Mallya engaged in a Twitter war on Monday. Ayesha tweeted, 'The worst airline ... shockingly baddddd airport staff behavior at Delhi airport with my sister. We are going to court with it.' In response, Mallya Jr tweeted, 'Been getting tweets about Ayesha Takia & KFA. Not too sure who she is, an actor of some sorts?'

In September last year, film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted about Shahid's film Mausam, ' "Shahid's biggest opener, but also Shahid's biggest release in terms of print count & screens. Hence, numbers are below the mark. The business trends indicate a decline on weekdays.' Shahid retorted, 'So all those trying so hard to screw mausam can go screw themselves .. Waise bhi aajkal kuchh logon ke adarsh buri tarha gir chuke hain. To this Adarsh responded, 'Abusing and maligning me on a public platform won't help. Instead, get a reality check and introspect the shortcomings of the film.'

Malhotra tweeted, 'Guys pls don't take Shobhaa De seriously. She's a fossil who's getting no action and going through menopause. So just for her...(sic)" Sonam retweeted this. After De's outburst calling her and Punit spoilt, she wrote, 'Mrs de I owe you an apology for getting personal. I'm ashamed for my momentary lapse in judgement. And apologetic.. Every writer and journalist and audience are entitled to their opinion and I respect that,"
