Photos: 7.65 lakh affected, several villages submerged in Bihar floods

After Assam, it is now Bihar that is facing the scourge of incessant rain. The most affected districts are in the catchment areas along the Nepal border. These include West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitamarhi, Sheohar, Supaul, Kishanganj, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Khagaria and Gopalganj. As many as 7, 65,191 people have been affected so far and 13,877 relocated to a safer place as 21 National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) teams continue rescue operations in the state.
