Photos: India’s Covid-19 count drops further after touching historic low
India on November 16 and 17 reported 30,548 and 29,163 new cases of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19), the lowest figures in four months. The number of daily cases has been declining for six consecutive weeks now. The single-day peak in coronavirus cases was reported on September 17 as 97,984 fresh Covid-19 cases were recorded that day. Since then India has been witnessing a decline in the caseload. India’s current Covid-19 tally stands at 4,46,805 active cases with 83,35,109 recoveries and 1,30,993 deaths.
