We observe people around us every day with keen interest and also try to improve our existing relationships. However, we seldom connect with our true self and think of ways to have a better relationship with ourselves. Sometimes we ignore ourselves completely, while many a time, we are too harsh on ourselves. We allow people to control our lives and we often do things that end up hurting ourselves. To improve our mental health, it is important to have a healthy relationship with self.
