Karwa Chauth, the Hindu festival celebrated annually by married women, is being observed today, October 13. On this day, Hindu married women keep fast from sunrise till moonrise and offer special prayers to Goddess Parvati for the longevity of their husbands. Just like every year, Sunita Kapoor, actor Anil Kapoor's wife, hosted Karwa Chauth puja at their Mumbai residence.
