From avoiding social situations to having difficulty in continuing conversations, here are a few signs of social anxiety to watch out for.

Social anxiety can be very difficult to manage. It usually stems from the fear of having to go around a lot of people. "Social anxiety can be crippling and cause you to feel alone and isolated. You may even dread being in social situations or avoid them altogether.
