Photos: AP photographers win Pulitzer for US racial injustice protest coverage

A team of 10 Associated Press photographers won the Pulitzer Prize for coverage of racial injustice protests in the US. The photographers had captured the drama and raw emotion of protests that roiled US cities after the May 2020 death of Floyd, a Black man murdered by a Minneapolis police officer. A look at images from the series of photographs by The Associated Press that won the 2021 Pulitzer Prize for breaking news photography.
