MI then came out and practically took the game away from RCB by smashing 72 runs in the powerplay. Ishan Kishan and Rohit Sharma's opening stand produced 101 runs in just 8.5 overs before the former fell for 69 off 34 balls.  (PTI)

MI just kept hitting with Rohit Sharma scoring 38 off 24 balls. Captain Hardik Pandya came in and hit a six off the very first ball he faced. He finished the chase with a six as well and finished unbeaten on 21 off just six balls. Tilak Varma was unbeaten 16 off 10 and MI won by seven wickets.  (ANI)
