Assistant town planner (ATP) Rajinder Sharma, in his complaint, said when he along with other officials of the municipal corporation went to Haibowal area on Thursday to remove encroachments on a government land following the orders of the Punjab and Haryana high court, Gorkha, who was also present there, assaulted the MC officials.
