After a long delay, Bangalore Days Tamil remake to roll in April
The yet-untitled Tamil remake of hit Malayalam film Bangalore Days will finally comment shooting from the first week of April. The film was announced almost a year back but there was hardly any movement.
The yet-untitled Tamil remake of hit Malayalam film will finally comment shooting from the first week of April. The film was announced almost a year back but there was hardly any movement.
It will feature an ensemble cast including of , , Simhaa, Sri Divya, Parvathi Menon and Raai Laxmi.
PVP Cinema, which will be bankrolling the remake, announced in a statement that the film will go on floors from first week of April and will be shot across Bangalore, Pune and Kasi.
The film is said to be a bilingual, but the makers are yet to finalise the cast for the Telugu version.
Director Bhaskar of Bommarillu fame will helm the remake, which will be jointly produced by Dil Raju.
Rana, Arya and Simhaa will reprise the roles of Fahadh Faasil, Dulquer Salmaan and Nivin Pauly respectively.
Among the heroines, Sri Divya will slip into the shoes of Nazriya, and Raai Laxmi will essay Isha Talwar's character, while Parvathy will play her own role from the original.
A story about three cousins, who move to Bangalore from Kerala, Bangalore Days was one of the biggest Malayalam hits of recent times.
