The last meeting of JPC was held on March 18 and former Solicitor General of India Harish Salve had participated in it.

ONOP bill does not take away voting rights, says former CJI

Gogoi, according to functionaries, faced a range of questions over the proposed law as well as the basic structure of the Constitution.
