In their latest clip, you can see how a lion sneaks up on a hyena, who is seen eating its meal. As soon as the hyena spots the lion chasing behind it, it runs away at full speed. In the caption of the post, Latest Sightings informed, “Hyenas are known to steal food from lions. Hyenas are opportunistic scavengers and will often target lion kills to steal their food. They are highly skilled at scavenging and have powerful jaws that allow them to break through bones to access the meat. Hyenas may also engage in confrontations with lions to try and steal their kills. However, it's important to note that lions are also capable of stealing from hyenas, and there is a constant competition between the two species for food.”
