“I got the chance to eat Litti Chokka at ‘Didi Ki Rasoi’ today in Patna. The Didis welcomed me into their kitchen and taught me a variety of traditional Bihari dishes in this incredible program that provides them autonomy and financial stability,” wrote celebrity chef Eitan Bernath while sharing a video. Alongside, he also tagged Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (JEEViKA) and IAS Rahul Kumar, who heads it.

The video opens to show Eitan Bernath relishing litti choka. As the video progresses, one can see him learning a variety of Bihari cuisines including poos pithha and litti chokha from the women at Didi Ki Rasoi. Towards the end, he enjoys kulhad chai and poses with the women working there.
