Neither is Preity Zinta throwing tantrums on the sets of her ongoing reality dance show, nor is she leaving its panel of judges, producer Ekta Kapoor has cleared.

“Preity has been our choice for the show from the start, and news about her leaving the show is absolutely rubbish. These are complete rumours and have no truth,” Ekta said in a statement. “We have a judging panel with varied views, but that’s exactly what brings different perspectives. Preity had informed us about her absence during an episode of the shoot — on account of her grandmother’s surgery — well in advance so that we could plan the shoot with (choreographer-filmmaker) Remo (D’Souza),” added Ekta.

Clearly angry at false reports of Preity’s erratic behaviour, the filmmaker insisted: “The judges are very much on board till the finale.” Apart from Preity Zinta, author Chetan Bhagat and choreographer Marzi Pestonji also judge the dance show.
